Per tant, doncs, és una pizza especial dieta. Jeje! I no vegis per anar de ventre....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparació: un cop preparada la massa (a veure quin dia ens ho explicaran). La pintem, posem la mozzarela i l'orenga i la posem al forn a 220º uns 12 minutets. Un cop estigui dauradeta, al gust de cadascú, posem els porros i els alls per sobre prèviament fregits a la paella.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Això és tot! Hi posarem tres quarts d'ou i 20gr de mantega de porc en comptes de l'oli d'oliva. La resta d'ingredients per la massa són els mateixos que els de massa de pizza.&lt;br /&gt;Per anar bé, cal deixar reposar la massa un parell d'hores.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Estirem la massa i hi posem rodanxes de ceba (s'hi pot posar crua o una mica fregida). Un cop escalivats i pelats els pebrots i l'albergínia els repartim uniformement per sobre.
